Telegram supports an unlimited number of users in audio calls, but for group video calls it only supports 30 people who can join the voice chat. The company also plans to increase the limit soon as said in the announcement. The screen share option is also there during the video call.
Along with the most-awaited group video calls, Telegram has also added several other new features such as improvised noise suppression, Animated Backgrounds. Also, users of iOS or Android Apps can choose various other default options in the app & can create their own animated backgrounds as per the choice. Along with the background feature, there are also new features introduced. These include the addition of animated backgrounds, new message sending animations, and new animated emoji. The updated Telegram also includes a special menu button for bots.

\u2605 Users with tablets & desktops, users will also get additional support during video calls where they can open the side panel & see a split-screen view of the video grid and list of participants. This has been optimized for both the portrait and landscape orientation.
\u2605 Users with Desktop will also get members pinned automatically when they share their screen. Also, voice chats will be available in a separate window on the desktops & will allow users to type & talk without leaving their important tasks.
